Our Personnel

We can achieve this by utilizing skilled Papua New Guinean crews thus allowing us to minimize the number of expatriates we have on site. This is done by employing highly experienced expatriate and PNG national supervisors to lead and manage our crews.

LIHIR MINE SITE

WFSP has been supplying qualified personnel into Lihir site for over 8 years. From planning, training and large pools of specialist tradesman to cover every aspect of the plant site. With a permanent contract in place this allows us to keep a close relationship with NML and always maintain the highest level of service for our client.

BARRICKS MINING LTD
WFSP has been supply qualified personnel into PJV for nearly 10 years from the plant site right through to their underground mining sections. Our long ongoing services is a true testament and example of our commitment to PJV and ensuring we will always supply the right teams for all projects and tasks given to us.
Phu Bia Mining (Phu Kham Operations) Laos –
Ball Mill#01 Girth Gear Changeout, 2019/2020
As an ongoing work commitment with one of our long-term Client, again WFSP was given the task to do a changeout on its Ball Mill Girth Gear, removing worn Girth Gear set and re-installing back new sets.
Workforce South Pacific has been servicing all Grinding Mills, crushers and complete process plant for PanAust Mining with our qualified Australian and PNG personnel for over 5 years. We are proud to be be the largest supplier of PNG workforce offshore..
Ok Tedi Mining Limited (Otml) Sag #02 Project 2016
Workforce South Pacific was given the task to remove the old SAG Mill#02 and re-install a complete new one, the tasks were given by Metso Australia.
Project Coordination’s role was under Metso while crew Supervisory role were under WFSP. Project was finished on schedule with no major LTI to both Metso and Workforce South Pacific personal.
Nebiri Quarry Crush Installation
Workforce South Pacific Ltd was been engaged by Metso (Australia) Ltd to construct the new crusher and screening system for Monier’s high capacity hard rock quarry located at Nebiri Quarry, outside Port Moresby, PNG.
The contraction and installation comprised of a primary C125 jaw crusher, a secondary NP 1213 impact crusher, HP 200 cone crusher for the tertiary stage and a Barmac B6150 vertical shaft impactor for the final stage or crushing and shaping.
This crushing and screening system produce 350 tons per hour of quality concrete and asphalt aggregates as well as road base materials.
